    How can I know how much stock there is of each product ?

    The stocks are updated systematically each time we receive an online order. So if you can add a product to your cart, it means it is available ! It can happen (but it is rare) that we have taken products for punctual event and have not had time to update the stock levels when you place your order. In this case we will inform you immediately of the situation when you place your order.

    How can I pay for my order ?

    We accept payments through Paypal or directly through credit card via Swipe in the Checkout section. You can also pay through direct bank deposit or Western Union.

     

    How can I use my coupon ?

    When you confirm your order, simply insert your code in the field “coupon” or “code”. Then click to validate, and your total will be recalculated. You can then pay normally for your items.

     

    My coupon code is not working : what can I do ?

    When is my account debited ?

    Your account is debited soon after your purchase. If you are using a credit card with a delayed payment, the amount of the transaction will be debited according to your agreement with the bank.

     

    How can I get my invoice ?

    Your invoice will be sent by email when your order is processed.

    What are the delivery fees ? What are the shippings costs ?

    Free shipping within Australia and postage costs internationally are based on size and weight of your parcel which is automatically calculated in the checkout section.

     

    Can I get my order delivered to a different address ?

    Of course, your shipping address can be different from your billing address but you need to fill out the “Shipping address” when you place your order.

    How long does it take to receive my order ?

    Your order will normally be delivered within one week of your order within Australia and 2 weeks to most destinations worldwide.

    What can I do if I’m not home when the order is delivered ?

    Normally if your product is delivered when you are not home then you will receive a notice saying that the deliverer will deliver again later or that the parcel needs to be picked up somewhere.

    I still haven’t received my order, what can I do about it ?

    Returns:

    What are the conditions to make a return ?

    We accept returns for items that are faulty or are not conform with the images and/or size charts on the product pages. Please return within 14 days unless mutually agree on an extension of time for the return.

     

    Who pays for the returns ?

    If the product is faulty or does not conform with the images and/or size charts on the product pages then we will cover shipping charges.

     

    Can I exchange a product if the size doesn’t fit ?

    Yes, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will arrange return postage paid to exchange garment. If you can follow the size charts for each garment carefully to avoid having to worry about posting back and waiting for your new garment to be delivered again. Please do not wear, wash or damage the garment. The product will be controlled once it arrives back with us. 

     

    Can I get a refund if I don’t like the article ?

    Yes, you can get a refund if you don’t like the article but in the case the refund will only be made when we receive the product at our warehouse and is in re-saleable. For us to accept the refund the garment needs to be in it’s original packaging and still have the label attached. It can not have been worn.
